• Log into your online account at TECOaccount.com and click on Payment Arrangement to complete our request form. If you don't have an online account, register here. Please note that it may take up to two business days to process your request.
• If you need to make a payment arrangement sooner, call our automated phone system on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
